With the ice time Drouin and Nate received tonight I wouldn't be surprised to see them excluded from the shoot out lol.

Rielly hasn't been great, but then neither has been anyone on this Canadian team, except for Binnington. No major gaffes for Rielly though. Murphy gave the puck away trying to move it out of his zone resulting in a decent chance for Sweden. Hamilton, 4 penalties in two games, Wotherspoon who has been decent otherwise needs to stay on his feet.

MacKinnon and Drouin have shown flashes at times, particularly Drouin's goal. RNH, supposed to be the leader of the team, a budding NHL star, full of talent... one point in two games. Ok exhibition, but we really need more out of a guy like RNH, your best players need to be your best.

..and upon review, yes Jenner's hit was late, deserving of the penalty and likely suspension.

I can see that. I can't really blame them though with the hype this team has got.

In this game you're right, but to say that they aren't in the same league is ludicrous. RNH is better right now, and arguably in the future.

I don't want to hear anybody complain about how dry Ferraro is. When Pierre brought genuine enthusiasm and excitement to the proceedings, everyone *****ed about him.

I told people they'd miss him. The masses here are so fickle.
Agreed. You can't complain that Pierre's a homer and then whine because Ferraro's so dry.

He'll probably have Binnington shoot if he runs out of OHL players to take the shot

Overtime Format

In round-robin games, a game tied at the end of regulation time will be followed by a 5-minute period of sudden-death overtime. Overtime will be played with four skaters against four. If the game isn't decided in overtime, it will be decided by a shootout.

In playoff and Bronze Medal games, a tie at the end of regulation time will be followed by a 10-minute period of sudden-death overtime, followed by a shootout if necessary.

In the Gold Medal Game, a tie at the end of regulation time will be followed by a 20-minute period of sudden-death overtime, followed by a shootout if necessary.

OMG! there it is!

Scheifele puts it deep instead of trying to go through a defender 1on1! Too bad it's 4on4 and nobody was forechecking
