The way some people have been dogging the top line I feel it is warranted to shred Drouin for being a choker.

Binnington, Harrington, and Drouin impressed.

Mackinnon really needs to get more ice time. He's too determined and skilled to be sitting on the 4th line or bench.

Craig Billington was really impressive in net, looks way better than Subban from the two games I have seen.

Strome was worse then Hubs.

Would be nice if the other two would pass to him instead of hog the puck and try to beat defencemen 1on1 until it's too late

We need more MacKinnon-Drouin and less RNH-Huberdeau.

Doesn't matter, he's the best forward on the team. But he's 17. Just turned in Sept.

i just need to enjoy all these binnington for starter comments for a bit. less then a week ago most if not all of you either had him picked for 3rd stringer or should of been cut. i made one or two comments about what binnington is capable of. now everyone has jumped on his band wagon which is good to see that most of you have just seen a taste of what owen sound gets to watch on regular basis. now binner show canada the way to gold.

MacKinnon's TOI is disgusting. Spott better use him better in the tourney. Rattie doesn't have enough chemistry compared to MacK and Drouin.

My player of the game:

Drouin and Lassinantti

Based on ice time to Hamilton and (lack of) MacKinnon and to some extent Drouin, coaching leaves a lot to be desired.

What I would do if I was Coach:

22 Jenner — 9 Nugent-Hopkins (C) — 19 Scheifele (Jenner takes all the Face-offs)
29 Drouin — 23 MacKinnon — 8 Rattie
11 Huberdeau (A) — 18 Strome — 20 Ritchie
17 Lipon — 21 Danault — 24 McNeill
15 Camara

6 Harrington (A) — 27 Hamilton
28 Reinhart — 16 Ouellet
4 Rielly — 26 Wotherspoon
14 Murphy

31 Binnington
30 Subban
