This team will need to adjust to IIHF reffing quick. The PK looks strong but you can't take this many penalties.

I'm not sure you understood where I was going with that, although I don't think Grimaldi should have been punished for a Finnish player being unable to hold his stick properly.

This is the most jump I've seen out of Kuraly all season.

All those would have been penalties in the NHL as well but team USA won't be in trouble if they take those penalties as long as Finnish PP is this bad.

And a goal for Finland!

Mike Reilly needs to step up there. That drop pass was obvious and he sat there.

I'm just saying all the penalties US has received so far would've been called in NHL, too.

Finland - Canada game was horrible reffing, we'll see where this game goes

MaG's line is utterly terrible in PP, hopefully finn's coach sees this also and does something about it.

I will always like Trouba, but I have a feeling he is going to make a lot of rival fans very angry especially come playoff time.

I'm just saying that the US can't take a dozen penalties a game, which we are on pace for both tonight and versus Sweden.

Also, if you've seen WCHA refereeing, you'd realize why things are called differently. In McCabe's last game he was tackled by his facemask and then the guy who did it was leveled by a leaping check when he didn't have the puck. No penalties.
