Another Kevin Towers classic proven veteran signing.

Don't see the point of giving Ross 3 years to trade Kubel who has 1 year left.

Not too mention the AZ lineup seems to need a lefty hitter in that last OF spot more than a righty.

3-year $26 million dollar contract with a club option that has a $1m buyout according to Bowden on twitter.

Why did they even trade Chris Young and his 8.5 M salary this year?

so they could overpay for a better hitter who can't play anywhere in the outfield.

Send a message via AIM to Timeless Winter
Trading their top pitching prospect in Bauer for a shortstop who can't hit.
Trading for Heath Bell just to pitch the 8th.
And now Cody Ross.
Should've just kept C. Young and Kubel.
Plus trying to deal their best player (J-Up) while he's under a great contract.

Ouch

i remember someone laying out out pretty well on twitter. i can't find the post now, of course.

basically, towers has traded bauer, young and albers and gotten two shortstops who can't hit and lars anderson.
