FWIW, Versa-1 is pretty legit. 4 Days on it and the results are pretty gnarly.

The D-Pol is sadly drying out my joints however and Glucosamine/Chondroitin gives me the bathroom runs. So I must suffer somewhere. Meh, the price of being alpha.

Do you guys usually switch up what you do first on chest day? I tend to always do flat, incline, decline/dips, flies but find it hard to go up on incline since I'm already a little worn out from flat. If I do incline first, I'm able to put up more weight.

Good idea to rotate?

If you are trying to improve your max on the flat bench, do bench first. If not, switch it up.

I can do 185 10 reps flat on a good day and only 145 for 10 on incline

Has anybody here had, or seen, bad experiences from Creatine?

For the longest time I've only used Protein Whey but just curious what Creatine would do to my body. Also, would any gains be lost the instant I stopped taking it? Is it just like a pre-workout mix or whey where you just mix it with water after a workout? Any other nutrients I should be taking?

You lose probably few pounds over time after stopping taking creatine. Depending on how much creatine you get from food (eg. meat has lots of creatine) this will take weeks. Some see a drop of few pounds or few reps but nothing major. Take it however you want, iirc creatine may have some acute performance-enhancing effects but nothing too big to get excited about. Some prefer to take before and after workout, and not take the 'loading period'. Creatine levels will fillup that way but it just takes a little longer.

Carbs help filling creatine levels early on but the effect lasts for few days or so and probably amounts to 0.13% of nothing reg. body comp results.

Weekly weigh-in report.... no clue how I did it, but managed to lose 8 lbs in the past week! So, from the start of the year to now, I've lost 25 lbs exactly to go from 222 to 197.

Already hit the mark I was secretly telling myself that I'd be stoked if I managed to reach by the end of 2013, so I'm obviously quite stoked.

Everyone I know is cutting and I am the only one bulking and will be doing it for like a year. So everyone's getting prettier while I don't. Feelsbadman. Getting that genetic double chin too.

I've gotten a little lazy once the weather got real cold, I was so much more motivated during the Summer. Instead of lifting 6 times/week I'm down to going 4/week

The more I do yoga, the more I enjoy it....

Now if I could only find a way to get swimming into my routine once or twice a week.

I never been a fan of the keto stuff. I know it helps you lose weight fast, but I enjoy carbs. My strategy has always been to burn more calories then you take in.

On another note I did dumbbell press the other day and boy was it depressing. I've lost so much strength. Meh, gotta start somewhere I suppose.

Made some great spaghetti, organic whole wheat noodles, lean chicken and home made tomato sauce.

Great portions. Gave the rest to my cousin.

Looking into how I can seriously build up my legs. I already do squats and a pretty extensive leg workout, so I looked into some other tips. Many people suggest pre-exhausting your quads before doing squats. And they do so by doing high-rep leg extensions. My only problem is I had my ACL reconstructed 5-6 years ago, and I still feel pain in the center of that knee even when doing ~30 lbs on leg extensions. So that exercise is out.

Anyone with a similar injury have any advice on how to do some pre-exhausting of the quads? Or just shocking your legs into growing in general?
