So guys, i have 6 weeks until im to go to vegas for a bachelor party (and then 4 weeks to the wedding) and i need to lose 15 pounds of fat and add some muscle. What would you guys say is the best diet to go on to reach those goals? i would love to lose th 15 pounds before vegas but i am going to assume that its more likely to do so for the wedding in 10 weeks.
What diets have worked for you guys in losing the weight?
As well any good strenght building exerecise routines you guys can recomend?
I was suggested to pop B12 pills for a pinched nerve in my back, but didn't have time to ask why/how that would help. Anyone have any idea? Just seems odd... But the person who suggested is a trustworthy source on the subject, just want to know why.
