livetv.ru always has great quality streams through sopcast which is the best streaming program for HQ stable streams which are far better than the crap Flash streams.

If you don't have sopcast download it, most streamers use it, they should have a sopcast stream.

Finland's lines (official):

Joonas Korpisalo* (Starting goalie)
Eetu Laurikainen

Miikka Salomäki-Markus Granlund-Joel Armia
Olli Määttä-Rasmus Ristolainen

Artturi Lehkonen-Aleksander Barkov-Thomas Nykopp
Petteri Lindbohm-Ville Pokka

Teuvo Teräväinen-Miro Aaltonen-Ville Järveläinen
Juuso Riikola-Juuso Vainio

Markus Hännikäinen-Saku Salminen-Matti Lamberg

Robert Leino-Henri Auvinen

Is Tomek sending a message in the first game? Because skillwise Nykopp has no business in that 2nd line. Well, if it keeps the Latvians (and the rest of our opponents in future games) from beheading Sasha, so be it.

Guess you missed Latvia losing to the Czechs in OT at the last Olympics in the knockout round? Or the 3-3 tie with the U.S at the 2006 Olympics in the group stage?

Latvia is hockey mad and they always had the potential to become a very competitive nation. Hopefully now with the KHL and MHL they will start heading in that direct we will only know in the next 5 or so years.

Population means nothing, Uruguay has a population of 4 million and have won 2 FIFA World Cup's and came 4th at the last one.

We have a very promising future ahead of us,lots of young talented guys are starting to show up. KHL does help in the sense it helps attract more parents to this great sport bringing their kids to hockey means more kids= more quality junior players, ofcourse coaching is an essential part too.

Meanwhile Finland who is probably like the 5th best hockey nation will skate the Latvians right out of the building and has only a very slim shot against Canada or Russia.
Basket ball sucks...

20min to the game!

Why Antero Mertaranta is scratched? Well, Taivainen is ok, at least no saukkonen.

What is the time in the town they play in?
