4-3 Canada with a big Slovak push at the end.

Mackinnon centred, Camara doesn't play centre, ever.

I predict a 7-4 win for Canada, prompting Binningtons debut the following game.

Oh. Camara took the majority of the faceoffs, though.

Obviously that doesn't mean he played center, I was just inferring.

Both are playing as wings. Mikus, Bires, Kolena and Rapac are centers.

I think the Germans are a stronger team than the Slovaks tbh. The Slovaks do have a strong system but I want to see how they react to a team that should play more team based than the Russians did against them.

I can't see the Germans pushing Russia the way the Slovakians did. I think this will be a stiffer challenge than most here are anticipating.

One way or another, this game will answer our Goalie questions.

My guess is Canada wins but allows at least 1 goal per period.

How about constructively criticizing or praising the existing team. This is Team Canada. It's not Team "Corrado Canucks" Canada.

To some other posters here, this team also isn't Team "Rielly Toronto" Canada or anti-Rielly or pro-Hamilton or anti-Hamilton. It would be nice to judge and critique these players based on their merits to this team right now and not on their NHL affiliation or potential future projection.
Embarrassing myself? The only thing embarrassing is that you actually think I'm being serious.

No. Canada is just awful. I mean think about it: everyone else can't be wrong, can they? Don't be biased.

how do they decide who gets home advantage at these games?

topic? i'm assuming the tsn pre-game isn't worth getting up for at 4 (meaning, get up for 430) assuming i decide to catch a few hrs sleep?

If they do (for the round robin), they're nuts.

Tip: Hit the pause button before turning your tv on. I always hit pause, then LIST (Rogers remote) before even turning the tv on. Or, even better, if you aren't taping too many things at once, put a sure fire non-sports channel on before turning the tv on. My choice - Channel 27. Womens Television

I find this the best method for zero spoiler opportunities
