KVG line

What you guys think? A good name for the new line? With Lupul out one of the lines is probably gonna have to be broken up to insert Frattin and I suggest to leave this one alone.

If healthy this line could put up some good points for us this year. I think Kule is gonna rebound this year too, he's got that extra gear going.

Just so you know I wanted to coin it first, hopefully it catches, LOL.

I think he will have better chemistry with Grabo and Kule. Both players will feed JVR the puck well. Kessel at times can be selfish, and the call on Bozak as a setup man is still out. Good call by Carlyle.

I don't think you change that line after last nights 3 goal performance.

Mac is not ideal but has had 60 point seasons and can fill in.

If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Yeah that was a whole 2 games. Where Mac was by far the best player out of the 3.
Great post, would read again.

Carlyle lit a fire under these guys, the line itself wasn't as much of a factor. I put JVR up on the top line and reunite the familar Grabo, Kul, Mac line. Frattin with Kadri is a natural fit.

i think , jvr will be moved up, 1st line needs that big power forward type.
maybe put frattin with kuli and grabo, move kuli to the left side, checking /scoring line

Yeah keep them together, you need a big body on that line to hit the net, Kule can do the dirty work along the boards, Grabo is the rover.

Frattin/Kadri/LeoKo is just a down-right sex time line, girls will be getting pregnant with what that young rat-like line will do. Skill, grit, and all weigh probably 200 or less, but fight like they're 300 lbs.

Then we have that stupid MacA-Bozak-Kessel line, Bozie and Kess sure but MacA...he just seems out of place.

I know I'll start some people getting wet dreams but

Perry-Bozak-Kessel? Say bye to MacA? And then in extreme Leaf dream land

Perry-Getzlaf-Kessel
JVR-Grabo-Kulemin
Frattin-Kadri-Ross
Brown-McClement-Komorov

Rielly-Phaneuf
Gardiner-Percy
Gunnar-Finn

Don't know where Colborne can slide in, in the future.

Alright, I'll stop there, my day dreaming is happening again while at work.

Grabo has a power forward either side that can score, and make room. The line could be right good, and all grabo has to do is play the chips as they fall in his game ,and use his skill/vision to compliment it.

Mac is not going to complain where ever they put him. Carlyle won't break it up unless they go flat.

If you don't play well we'll bring up Connolly and trade back for Lombardi to replace you guys! Haha.

Keep it even with Lupuls injury.

Id honestly like to see:

Komarov - Bozak - Kessel
JVR - Grabovski - Kuelmin
MacArthur - Kadri - Frattin

Komarov just parks his ass in front of the net and avoids getting hit by Kessel's shot.

I wonder if Frattin can do what Joey Crabb did last year when Lupul went down.

Just plug him into Bozie and Kessel to start the game, keep the other 3 lines as is.

The ole Joey Crabb lol. He played pretty good here. I seen his name on a roster in the ECHL the other day,and can't remember what team it was. I can't see Frattin's right hand shot, and the switch to the left side causing any trouble. Kessel switches wings all the time anyways.

That could happen the way Carlyle likes to implement high percentage of success decisions for his boys.

Kule and JVR are 2 big wingers for an undersized Center. Working great so far.
