TSN.CA has the presser on their site. It doesn't have the jersey part at the beginning nor the French question, but it's still 34 minutes long.

And I watched the entire 34 minutes.

Man, Dickey should have his own radio talkshow. He can talk for a long time about various life experiences, and you'd listen. A reporter commented on him being "the most interesting man in the world".

This guy is so genuine.

so by 38 you expect Phil to be a strong public speaker? Age has nothing to do with it. BTW you really shouldn't take it personally

Just watched the conference. Man I hearing that guy speak about everything.

As a pitcher myself though, listening to him talk about pitching and philosophies is like baseball porn.

Really, though, I don't really care how good athletes are at public speaking. It's ok if Kessel will never be a good public speaker, does not make a lick of difference to me. Good for R.A. that he is good, though.

They might look to move Mike Morse now. ESPN (more specifically Jim Bowden) says 10-11 teams are kicking the tires on a Morse trade:

https://twitter.com/JimBowdenESPNxm/...43880000696320

It's also rumored that the Nats would covet a lefty reliever. It's a shame that Oliver is being a dick, because him returning would make it an easy decision to try and move Cecil for him (Morse's really not worth much more than that).

On the Morse front, an interesting read:

Dickey's a winner through and through. He's someone I would be glad to call father, friend, brother, son, or son-in-law.

This is a good man - he deserves a WS.

I absolutely would flip cecil for morse. It only makes sense. We have tons of reliever depth even without oliver, and we could use an extra situational bat off the bench, or even injury fill in for first.

Lind+Cecil for Morse+prosect? balances the salary.

Who becomes the lefty specialist then if Oliver doesn't stop being an ass?

Morse would be a sick pickup, I'd do that for sure!! He'd really solidify the line-up

Aaron Loup or Brett Cecil. Happ would be available too but he's more of a multi-inning guy than a lefty specialist.

Cecil/Happ/Loup. Delabar kills lefties. Janssen is better against lefties as well.

AA will complete the trifecta and run all 3 teams to super status and be the first to not only manage in 3 leagues, but to win 3 different national championships.
