How does the NHL's latest offer affect the 2013 draft odds?
So apparently the NHL's proposal yesterday includes a clause that all non-playoff teams have a shot at the 1st overall pick in the 2013 draft. Does anyone have anymore info related to odds and how it affects each team? It would be interesting to see how these odds affect what prospects may end up with what organization.
