You never even specified what the 4 hours was supposed to mean. How long each round took? How long we had to pick? etc.

I discussed that with 4 or 5 people this morning. What else could it mean? That rounds 1-5 have to be done in 4 hours? I mean it seems pretty obvious to me

Picking will end at midnight at Eastern Standard Time. It will begin tomorrow at 11 EST

^ To build of that if it's your pick and it's between midnight and 11 am EST you can still pick but there is no time limit.

Unless the Commish's don't want that, which I don't see there being a problem.

Sorry for the confusion. You get 30 minutes to pick and if you don't by then you're skipped so send in lists. It's 20 minutes if you already have a skipped pick.
