My favourites of the strange names are the relocated franchises that make absolutely no sense anymore like the Jazz and the Lakers. Nothing hitting up one of the wild jazz bars in Salt Lake City for a night of debauchery

I like the Sixers it's a cool name, it's homage to the Americans history. It's similar to the 49ers and people forget about how weird the 49ers sounds when they won all those super bowls in the 80's and in 2013.
