So Galy is moved up to the top line? If he gets more ice time we will need to shut him down hard. I think Canada takes this but would not be surprised of USA pulls the upset.. they are such a quick team.

If USA can get the top lines going the way they can I like USA's chances. How weird is this game gonna be without a rowdy crowd? Normally watching these games is a blast because the crowd is just goin nuts.

It won't be Binnington's turn. Spott has said that he plans to ride Subban for the entire tournament.
It breaks my heart, but I have to go with the Americans to take this one... Goal tending edge to the Americans, faster team, Canada down 2 players and subpar goalie in Subban... I doubt he can turn around his tournament in off day and 45 minute practice and a touch feely hugfest session with the goalie coach Tugnut.
Canada will get down 3 goals before the switch in goal is made, but by then it will be too late, tournament will be over... these guys are ready to pack it in. but they'll give it the old Canadian try.

Spott already said that they're sticking with Subban unless he actually loses the job. The goalies aren't "taking turns".
If Canada continues to start slow then this game goes in the Americans favour, 4-2. If Canada can play a proper 60 minutes of hockey (which we have yet to see) then we take this one 5-3. Hoping to see some Drouin - MacKinnon - Rattie action out there, they were strong against the Slovaks.
I think Canada wins 5-2. USA has been more organized so far, but Canada's ceiling is much higher and I expect they break out tomorrow before falling back a bit against Russia. USA seems to lack creativity/finish outside of their Russian import, but if their defence continues to initiate they will generate lots of chances. MacKinnon scores the first goal and Canada leads 3-0 after the first. Subban allows two in the first ten minutes of the second, but Nugent-Hopkins and Huberdeau ice it in the third.

It will not even be close...USA all the way....by at least 3-4 goal difference...You know why ??? Because i have absolutely NO FAITH in our goalies...
Team Ontario blew it against a weaker USA team today...why? Again because of the Cr***py goal tending.... We have had a big problem in goal for the last 5 years or so...
I thought Fucale and Comrie would be the future...But i really dont know what lurks behind them???
