I'd hope to have enough to be able to moon jump off the ground but not enough to carry me off. Oh, and being harnessed up like that in your crotch and tethered then pulled is very uncomfortable,(from my experiences with the gym climbing wall)

It pains me to see perfectly good helium go to waste like that. Helium is a finite resource.
