St Louis.

The talent is there...the potential is greater...and it's been working for a while now with Hitchcock guiding them and making average goalies appear great.

Next up:

Boston
Phoenix
Vancouver

Vancouver, better on paper imo. Though they haven't looked that good on ice, especially the second half last season.

Too bad there's only maybe 2000 actual coyotes fans in the world and maybe 20 on here because they are getting flat out robbed in these polls.

I don't understand why Hamilton is a part of Boston's defense already.

We only have 5 on the roster right now, Chara, Seids, Boychuk, Ference and Mcquiad, Hamilton pegged as the 6th.

As a Devils fan, Fayne>>>>Volchenkov.

However, I think most people would vote the Devils seeing Volchenkov there than Fayne.

Not Rangers fans. From our experience Fayne is a huge pain in the ass () while Volchenkov spends most of his time getting throttled by Ryan Callahan.

In fact I'd say Volchenkov is the weak link in what is a really good and really underrated defense.

Compare them to NYR. Yandle and OEL are both better than anyone NY has. After that they are deeper 3 through 6. This is a team that turns career backups to bonafide starters.

St. Louis
San Jose/Vancouver

SJ was good defenisively last year and should be much better this year based on the addition of Brad Stuart and Larry Robinson coaching on the PK (so long as they get their injured players back in time for the start of the season).
