Probably good eventually but the Cowboys D hasn't been world beaters this year and his brothers antics , etc might make a few teams gun shy about Rob (Not fair but it is what it is)

RT @RoobCSN: Two sources confirmed Lurie has told Andy he's going in a different direction. Andy Reid is out as Eagles head coach.

Change is needed in Philly. Same as in SD.

Cleveland is cleaning house too. KC should do the same.

I think Lovie Smith is on the hot seat missing the playoffs after a 7-1 start. Finished strong. Team needs to upgrade the OL, get another receiving threat (TE) and get younger on D.
Wisenhunt in AZ should be on the hotseat, but so should their GM. Getting Kolb has been a disaster. Skelton, Lindlay, and Hoyer have been brutal at QB. Fitzgerald is wasting away there. Cards needs a QB to stablize the team. D suffers because the O does nothing.
Schwartz in Detroit should be on the hotseat given their disaster of a season. But, with his new deal, I think he'll get 1 more season. Lions need to get a running game and another passing threat opposite Johnson, either at WR or TE.

It would be a bit of a surprise to see anyone else fired.

Allen - Raiders are in year 1 of a total rebuild. Too many bad prior contracts to eat over the next season or so, plus need to rebuild discipline on the roster and find a QB post Palmer. He'll get 2 more years since he's the 1st coach hired by the new GM.
Rivera - only 2nd year as coach. Team played well down the stretch. But, he needs to figure out how to get Newton to progress not regress next season. Getting receiving help is important too for the team.
Mularkey - Titans, can't expect much when the team is inserting Jake Locker as their starting QB. He had issues coming out of college and would take time to figure things out in the NFL. Deserves another season, with Locker having a number of games under his belt with the same coaching staff.
Gailey - Let's face it, Fitzpatrick is not a starting QB. He's a very good backup and temp fillin. Until they get their next Jim Kelly, they aren't going to do anything.
Rex Ryan - they need to fix their QB issue with Sanchez. Sanchez didn't lead them to the AFC Champ games, he rode the D there. I recall those 2 games, and the Jets were fortunate that the D was very strong to keep the games close since Sanchez started both games very slow and the D had to hold in the 2nd half to give the Jets a chance to win.

Should be, yeah. But I'm not convinced either one of them is going anywhere. And honestly with Graves he's basically considered a puppet around here so it doesn't matter much.

Fitz lobbied hard for Kolb so don't feel too bad for him

A QB would be nice but I'd start with the O line first.

Larry Fitzgerald is essentially the assistant GM. They've done a number of things at his behest.

Chan Gailey should be toast. GM Buddy Nix might go with him.

Not really big on the Oregon coach Chip Kelly to Philly rumors.

Want to see them get a defensive coach. Also get rid of the dead weight assistant coaches(off, def, and st). Just clean house

That usually follows with the hiring of a new coach, usually will want to bring in most of his guys.

I don't think it's as important to have the HC be a defensive minded guy in Philly. Just need the right guy running the defense. One of Rex Ryan, Lovie Smith, and Ron Rivera is bound to be fired, and Chip Kelly could recruit one of those guys to his staff. Eagles biggest problem has been DC since Johnson (RIP). Bowles and Castillo could not do much. Also, Chip has a defensive background as a defensive back as a player. Also started his career as a defensive coach.

This. My Dolphins have worked on their O-line before trying to find the QB that would fulfill the franchise position. We just need a couple quality receivers and we are a playoff team. Hell, if we would have kept Marshall we quite possibly could be in the playoffs right now. Hartline/Bess are not starters on the playoff teams right now as far as #1/#2 receivers go.

Pretty disappointed the Eagles fired Reid.

They should have kept him, now they might be good in the future.

To be fair, he did a lot for that franchise. They started to screw the pooch when they spent big on free agents and never built a healthy Offensive line.

Reid could get another job and do well. I don't know if he's a Super Bowl winner someday, but I could see it.

Indeed.

Yeah, I don't want Eagles hire O'Brien from PSU. I want him to stay at PSU.

Rei's downfall was his thirst for power. Since he took over as the person responsible for all personnel, the talent has gotten worse and worse. The last defensive playmaker they have drafted was Trent Cole and that was in 2005. That is unacceptable and you cant win by not not building from the draft. I didnt like him as a coach, but him as the VP of Football Operations was the real problem.

Chip Kelly to Eagles?

You'll rue the day you fired Reid when you see that high-tempo offense attempt to work in the NFL
