While we are bagging on Murphy, let's not let Wotherspoon off the hook. He has been almost as bad, imo.

If you saw him play against Russia, then you should know the answer.

Murphy and that question is hilariously bad, he had a rough first period, fine. Murphy has looked terrible against Germany, Slovakia and now the USA.

Aye. The play was very even. What it came down to was Canada's goaltending has been better and the US defense has been terrible.

Murphy scares me so much. He always tries to skate the puck up and always gives it up.

I know the KD commercial is a little cheesy (no pun intended), but I just like it for some reason.

US will come out firing this period.... Canada better be ready to handle/neutralize them.

1st period: Galchenyuk played 7 shifts - 6:25 TOI. Even strength - 5:13, power play - 1:12. Attempted two shots, both missing the net.

It's not like he's sitting on the bench. On the ice for almost a third of the period.
He's not carrying the puck though. He waits on the wings for a pass, which never seems to arrive.

It's so tough for players in their draft year in this tournament. Just look at Mackinnon. Limited minutes and not doing much with the ice time he is getting. He has for the most part gone unnoticed. Problem for Jones though is that as a d-man he is much more difficult to hide away. Same thing happened with Adam Larsson I thought. People kept ragging on him when he didn't dominate ignoring that he was too young to have been drafted yet.

Your hatred is met with a general indifference - and a sense of 'take a number-ness'

Collberg is doing quite well, too, and if Hudon hadn't been injured you have the feeling he'd had done OK on the score-sheet, too

More reasons to hate! All in good fun

Those CC commercials are God awful. Aren't they just ripping off that other alcohol commercial? lol.

He disappears for stretches and doesn't bring much when he does. He is guy that cannot disappear or be forgiven for puck luck, he has to be a front line player. I expect more having seen a lot of him.

That one was kind of funny because on the play in question he did look like Andrew Alberts.
