You get entertainment from listening to their show. It's not really a news show, more like a TMZ of sports. I listen but yeah, you cannot take such a show too seriously.

Am I the only one who actually originally thought Singletary would be a good coach? Did not expect him to bomb that badly...

Yeah I did also. And he seemed to have a good start. Then it imploded on him. Ands then seeing how the niners turned it around immediately upon him being fired, well...no thanks.

He still may be. I wouldn't put it pass the McCaskys to force that one.

I thought he would have success but we saw the reality that he is too confrontational with his players and his offensive thoughts for his teams put him well behind the times

I just found out and saw the video of Trent Williams' punch/mush of Richard Sherman after the game. Sherman is a smart and bright guy, but he is such an idiot and loudmouth on the field. He probably pissed Williams off really badly during the game since Williams just went up and hit him. It looked unprovoked.

Richard Sherman was mic'd up for that game:

Bonus: From this, it doesn't appear he instigated the Trent Williams incident.

Rolando McClain arrested for giving false name to police who pulled him over for tinted window violation

Quote:
Peter King ‏@SI_PeterKing
RT @VicTafur: Rolando McClain signed a citation for overly dark window tint as “(Expletive) y’all,” Decatur police said ... What an idiot.
Raiders will cut him soon enough and I think he will be out of football within 2-3 years

Makes you wonder what kind of "character evaluation" process the Raiders have.

If you could run fast and have a heart beat ,, Chances are that Al Davis would have picked you even if you murdered a guy

Not sure if McCoy is what he wants. Could be Dennison too.

Dennison knows Cutler and Marshall, he knows offense and defense. I don't care between these two

Before I knew McClain was like that, I always loved the guy at Bama. He was a freaking monster in college.

When the Pats win the Super Bowl, I think BWC is going to scream that they did because of Chandler Jones.

While that certainly sucks, and there's a good argument as to whether he should have been pulled earlier (I think he should have) the sad truth of this is that those types of QBs don't remain the factors everyone hopes them to be because their playstyle puts them in position to get those sorts of injuries (knee/concussion) more often. RGIII is NOT an elite pocket passer. His strengths are rolling out, running their veer/option, etc. RGIII will have to try to make the adjustments that Michael Vick was trying to make in Philly (albeit probably much earlier in his career) which will stop making him RGIII. Not saying he won't be good, but a big part of his game needs to be looked at if he is to remain healthy.

It's clear that the best thing the Redskins did was draft Kirk Cousins. They are going to continue to need him (and should have used him this last weekend).

From the beginning I figured RG3 would go the way of Cam Newton: Kill it in his first year, defenses adjust to him, then slowly fizzles from there. Now if he can't come back and move the way he could before, this could be a blessing for him. He could work on becoming an actual passer with above average mobility instead of a dynamite run threat who's a below average passer.

rg3 is taller than Vick and also more accurate. there's nothing to suggest he CANT develop into more of a pocket passer. and cam actually looked a lot better towards the end of this season so there's definitely still hope for him too. especially since he's got a big arm and prototypical qb size

I definitely agree he's a more accurate passer than Vick (not hard). I also think he can develop into a decent pocket passer, but once he does that he isn't the same RGIII, he's another QB. IMO he definitely loses part of his game and dangerousness once he makes that move, and at some point he will have to. Perhaps sooner than later given recent events.

Eagles and Bears interested in Brian Kelly. Looks like the Eagles have already interviewed him. I could definitely see Kelly bolting to the NFL. Would be an interesting hire by the Bears.

I hope they hire him. The plight of the Jets is amusing.
