One of the USA players said after the game that when he played against Russia the crowd was very loud and intimidating reminded him of a European football (Soccer) match.

December 26, 2007 beat the Czech Republic 3-0 in round robin play, assuming you don't count Buffalo as opposing which it wasn't.

Interesting seeing Drouin on the top line he and Nuge should be fun to watch. Huberdeau should be put with MacKinnon to try to get him going. But of course MacKinnon will probably get 5 mins of ice this game.

It always happens in Soviet/Russia vs Canada games, so I'm not sure about today's one... At least it's gonna be a nice game.
