You cannot contact the head, no matter how terribly weak it is in IIHF play. You knew he would get it, sometimes that rule is so stupid.

It exists for a good reason in principle, but it should have a lot more grey area to it.

Well some stupid rushes from the pk box by the Swedishteam but hey cmon...that is some great Powerplayes by the Finns deserved that tying goal. But i hope Sweden will make a comeback and hey...its a Powerplay again and you know what that usually means...
