Vandermeer playing like being in the AHL is way beneath him. Makes a ton of mistakes as a result. Not a good player to have on the farm.

Great rush and a goal. Connauton the trailer, wide-open and Pinner makes the perfect pass to him.

Nice play by Pinizotto. Connauton really rifled it in

3 -2 Wolves after 2

Cannata had shaky start but a strong finish to the period.

Connauton having a much better game but still puck watching on defense. Absolutely like the play of Andersson. He is very much improving his ability to eliminate man from the play.

Haydar Ebbett Sweatt line having a tough time. Sweatt had a couple of rough games this weekend. Toll is beginning to tell.

Hopefully Jensen comes alive. Had one good shift and got one decent shot on net. Looks like if you could get him in space he could do something.

Listening to intermission interview. Sterling still out for while. Back no time soon.

No PP time for Jensen I'm guessing? Might make sense to try him there if the top line is dog tired - especially in the final period of a 3-in-3.

You think the lack of space for Jensen has to do with him playing on the bigger surface in Europe?

Brutal coaching by Arneil. With a goal lead he puts Haydar back at point and just about causes 3 - 0. Power play is giving up short handed chances all game and he goes with it rather than two defensemen

Well, nice to know that all it takes for Cannata to get a start is a 3 games in 3 nights scenario.

Looks like he's getting bombarded with shots. How's he looking?

Cannata played great thru the third. Made some great saves. Little helter-skelter but give him credit. Hopefully get some more starts.

Connauton gets third star. Late penalty wasn't good but overall better. Thought Joslin was clearly best defenseman and probably best player although Davies got first star.

Jensen got better in the third and showed some flashes. Problem is that right now Chicago is just trying to cling to leads. Fourth game in six days. Very little flow in their play so difficult and mostly just trying to get puck and get puck in. Gordon is not skating that well coming off injury and not providing any real support for Jensen.

Jensen needs some practice with the team. He came into a very difficult situation.

Very lucky to win and they can thank Cannata for that.

it got to suck for Jensen having no one to play.......lack of center don't help he playing with non-tradition center......probably worse than his SEL linemates

I don't know if that speaks more to his inability to see the weaknesses in his vets or just blind faith that they'll come through all the time.

Thanks for the updates though. These 3-in-3's must be absolutely brutal. Wonder how it affects a prospect's scoring totals.

It's shocking how bad our C depth is, Shredder needs to go down the Chicago to get some confidence back.

Apparently Manny is being sent to Chicago to work with the prospects.

Good for the prospects to have a veteran presence.

I sure would like to dump K-con for another C AHL prospect.

I was thinking K-Con go for a Taylor Beck or Riley Holzapfel

I don't like this only because his wife is pretty settled in Van.

But at least Manny is being utilized. I'd rather him teach our forwards how to win ****ing face-offs.

It's no different than a road trip. He'll probably be gone for a week, back for a couple, gone for a couple etc.

At least we'll have a few more prospects to watch with the Wolves now, with Jensen, Schroeder and Price.

No excuse for JS not to get top line minutes now with Arniel's pet getting called up. Hope to see him with a guy who can finish plays in Jensen.
