What a bone head...I feel bad for the Jaguars org. having wasted a pick on this P/R nightmare.
There's already chatter that he might be traded. New regime isn't a fan, likely wouldn't have drafted him last year.

Damien Woody was doing a good job of it today.

Out of curiosity, where did you hear this? I bleed teal and read Jaguars.com several times a day and never heard anything about this other than Caldwell and Gus Bradley were very disappointed and wont tolerate behavior like this from anyone.

He seems to be in the minority at this point.

I'm not saying this is a horrible place to get info or rumours or anything, but I could ask a stranger on the street and probably get a more accurate portrayal of the state of the Jags franchise than I would from walter football. They are woefully out of touch when it comes to Jacksonville. I don't follow other teams closely enough to see if it's the same with them, but they clearly don't have a clue when it comes to the Jags in any form, it's actually a joke.

I will say that he better smarten up tho. I like him, but he's gotta change or he will be out the door. The new regime sounds like they don't tolerate nonsense.

Goes without saying. It'd be a shame to let him go, but if he doesn't get his act together it's absolutely understandable.

They're pretty good with rumors from what I've seen. It's not like they're a bunch of Eklunds. I don't know how high-placed they are, but they definitely don't spout off pure BS.

Jaguars sign Marcus Trufant. Bit older but he solidifies the secondary and hopefully can mentor all the youngins back there.

Apparently Gabe Carimi (Bears 2011 1st round pick) if fighting for a roster spot and might get cut soon.

If he is cut, that would leave Shea McClellin and Kyle Long as the only two guys on the roster who were drafted in the 1st round by the Bears. Any team have less than two?

Raiders came to my mind first, but even they have three (Seabass, DMC and Hayden).

Again, it can be a decent little source and I don't pretend to follow enough of the other teams in the NFL closely enough to call them on anything non-Jags related, but Walter is completely out to lunch in regards to the Jags. I think he just doesn't like them very much, which is fine, but his bias seems to bleed through. Just as an example, KC and Jags both have the same situation re: their O-Line. KC got praised for finding the heir apparent for Branden Albert whose contract is expiring. Jags got torn apart by him for selecting a starting tackle and filling by far their biggest need at RT.

When it comes to Jags stuff, Charlie is a little better, but I don't take anything that site says without a heaping dose of salt.

The Packers, in an effort to fix their oline (which can never seem to run the ball or protect Rodgers, most sacked QB since 2008, sacked again last year over 50 times), has decided to just change everyone's position.

Bulaga at LT, Sitton at LG, Lang at RG and RT is Newhouse/Barclay/Sherrod.

Last yr was Newhouse -LT, Lang-LG, Saturday/Dietrich-Smith-C, Sitton-RG, Bulaga-RT.

So, to correct the issue, everyone gets a new position.

Maybe Rodgers would get sacked less if he didn't try to make a play every single time he had the ball.

He was pretty bad every time I saw him play. Starting is out of the question, right now he's fighting for a back up position. He's also the only player who didn't show up to OTAs because he wanted to train in Arizona.

"Brian is leaning toward heading to Minnesota and is talking a one- to two-year contract," Sneed said Tuesday, quoting a source "close to Urlacher."

Vikes are short one starting LB. Urlacher may be near the end, but gives an option other than a 4th or 7th round rookie starting.

Might have to wait for a credible NFL reporter on this one. That report says Urlacher is talking to the Broncos and Vikings. Broncos beat writer already said he's told the Broncos have no interest in signing Urlacher. Vikings could use him but this sounds like that Donald Driver report that came out when it was clear no one was interested in him.
