I find when I don't put it in the fridge it starts turning a funny color.

Tabasco master race

Number two is for ninnys though.

I'll allow

to take it's place and ride with the big boys.

This is borderline $*** and is only acceptable when an establishment has nothing else.

Clearly drunk. Cholula tastes like spicy armpit.

this white text includes a magical incantation that prevents you from asking me how I know what that tastes like.

If they look cooked in the pan they'll be overcooked on your plate

Found some sriracha at the grocery store today but didn't get

Same ol' Frank's Hot Sauce for me

Don't feel courageous enough for sriracha

i hate tabasco and those types of sauces.... but its really the taste, as i can handle spicy food without a problem.
i prefer a good home-made hot salsa. if i cant make it, i like el yucateco from the ones mentionned here.

I had chicken wings done in ghost pepper. Tasty and little hot.

Spicy food is the best.

Especially Indian or Thai.

It's amazing how far I've come since 1/1 when I rambled on my dislike of Hot Sauce

Almost halfway through my 2nd bottle of Frank's Hot, which I use every day on everything

I feel ready to graduate to the next level of hot sauce

Bring on the rooster

Current batch of hot sauce running low, and will need to make a new one over the weekend. Undecided what direction I'll be going this time, although wouldn't complain about another batch of what I have in stock now. That **** was good.

Sort of similar, has a garlicy kick to it too. Doesnt have much of an 'oriental' flavor, but I do use it it most oriental dishes I make. I'd say it's less hot than sriracha too, but better tasting. Like most hot sauces, it's great with grilled cheese or chicken fingers.

Some of the hotter bottles can blind you if you get it in your eyes. Funny, making a great wing or bbq sauce is far more difficult.

I found I really like the Sriaracha for hot dogs...so I will probably keep a bottle for that....Seems to go well because it is think and doesn't make the bun soft...I also top my dogs with cheese, onion, relish, jalapeno, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to go along with the hot sauce...I call this dog the "College Dog"
