So how do you guys think Galchenyuk played? I thought he played ok, and was better after his assist in the 2nd.

P.S.

Jones and Trouba are beasts. 4 point games for both of them. INSANE!! Jets have a great dman in the wings and Jones will be a great player soon in the NHL

Hell no!!

Sure Gally hasn't played as well, but Housley needs him against Canada for sure.

Not a bad time for those on the west coast or on mountain time. Sucks for easterners though haha.

I'd love to see that from a Canadian standpoint. Don't understand the thinking behind it in an American standpoint.

Not against us, really the USA will need all factors working against Canada, not just Jones, if we play our game. Jenner back in is a key for us, 5 on 5 they were a dominating line against Russia. We can roll RNH, Strome, and Jenner and we will be fine. Have to stay out of the box and Subban just has to play like he has the last 2 games.

I woke up late so I put my stream on replay.

2nd intermission. We're breaking some jaws here so I figured it's safe to come on HF.

Gally hasn't played bad at all in this tournament, he just isn't used at all by Housley. Not even pp time at times and despite less then 10 minutes of ice time per game he has 8 pts so far

He is not averaging less than 10 Min/Gm. Maybe 14 or so, but no way he's been under 10.

This game was best case scenario for USA, and worst case for Canada. The US kept the offence and PP rolling, and Gibson kept playing well also. Will be a tough game for both teams tomorrow.

The excuse mongering and whining of Hab fans has reached epic porpotions. "Gally" has been more hyper than substance. He 's Sean McEachern with a better stick and a bit less speed.

Really enjoying the play of Preds' 2012 3rd round pick Jimmy Vesey. He was seen as a darkhorse to even make the team, then started the tournament as 13th forward-- now he's on the top line and seems to have woken up Gaudreau and Miller.

When he was drafted, Poile raved about him and said they had contemplated taking him in the second round...seems like they may have gotten a good one.

Yeah, he's been the worst player in the tournament. Just TERRIBLE.

Both losses to Canada and Russia were 100% because of him.

His best game was against Slovakia when he was keeping the bench warm for all the good players.

I hope he retires from hockey after this tournament.

Classic HF, judging a prospects entire value on the WJC.
