No offense, but here's the reason why: if I'm a fan of a team from hockey crazed places that haven't won a cup at all or in a long time like Buffalo, Toronto, Vancouver, Minnesota, ect. I would be pretty upset watching a team that has a tough time selling tickets win 3 cups in the span of 8 years.

The Kings winning the Cup last year sorta took the fun of that option away.
Of teams in the league right now...probably Minnesota.

I would say Edmonton should win. It's been so long since they were relevant past March.

Trying to avoid my favorite teams...
NHL - Edmonton
NFL - Seattle
NBA - Los Angeles (Clippers)
MLB - Seattle
NCAAF - Los Angeles (USC)
NCAAB - Los Angeles (UCLA)
So, it's basically LA or Seattle.

Outside of my favorite teams, it's Vancouver for now.. 40+ years and no cup, city loves hockey, great fans, good team with many great players, have come so close and yet.. still so far. Like their fans at Hfboards too. Just chill out with Corrado cut ok?
Read that thread on Vancouver board, 'remembering the cup run' or something like that. after that, been cheering for them to win it, heartbreaking read.

NBA: Charlotte... not out of hometown bias, but because it would be hysterical to see "World Champion Charlotte Bobcats" plastered all over the NBA for a year.
NHL: I'd play for the Leafs, shoot the puck into my own net with 5 seconds left in Game 7, then make an epic trollface directly into the CBC camera.

And the Habs, but how did that change in 2 years. It didn't. Vancouver didn't get a team in 67 because of the TML.

Minnesota, St. Louis or Buffalo. I love Buffalo fans. Ohio fans on the other hand, not so much

Leaving St. Louis out even though I think we deserve it more than any team in the NHL (no homer bias either). I would have to go with Buffalo.

Phoenix, so that the collective heads of every Canadian demanding them to be moved to a Canadian city would explode.

Yeah, totally Toronto.
Then during the summer, I'd disappear while on a fishing trip...

The statue Vancouver would erect, for he who lead them to a cup, would make Ms.Liberty look like a china doll.
