So Armia takes the lead in points after this game, right?

If he has the most points at the end of the tournament, I'll be pissed as he has been awful the entire tournament.

Again, the relegation-round should have it's own scoring table.
Does that really matter, who wins the scoring title of a junior tourney? I don't think so. Playerwise the scouts watch their plays, not just their stats, and that is all that really matters anyways.

Looks like Finland has been letting up after the first period. The shot totals are much more even now.

Edit: what's with the penalties, undisciplined play continues? Huge difference in number of 2min penalties betweenthe teams.

It was the same last year, when these two met in the QF and Finland won 8-5. They seem to be the prime indegrients required for some real Hawaii hockey.

28.12% - that's Finland's shooting percentage. The hell??? So almost every third shot is a goal against? I can't watch the game, but I'm inclined to blame the goaltending..

With results like these, I'm starting to hope we would have been in the other group.

So next year we will have Norway, Switzerland, the winner of CAN/RUS and loser of SWE/USA in our group.

This one would've been a different game if it was played in the group stage... Slovakia fought hard against Canada, and surely would've done that against us as well.

There is nothing wrong with resembling a young Aki Berg (or Janne Niinimaa either)... as long as you don't resemble the old one.

Duh, no doubt. But still, they would probably have been a better match for us than Switzerland.

Well, Switzerland would probably have been a better match as well with better coaching. The Czechs, too.
