2012 draft late round steals?

I know its too early to tell but which players from 2012 draft taken in the later round have turn out to be better than expected? like Seth Griffith.

Petteri Lindbohm reminds me so much of Sbisa.

For the Sens, Mikael Wikstrand in the 7th is looking like a solid pick.

Brandon Whitney in the 7th round for Chicago could be a big steal. Not posting outstanding numbers in the 'Q' this year, but he's 6'5" with great natural athletic ability and he showed well in Chicago's prospect camp. Was the #2 rated N.A goalie behind Subban last year in Central Scoutings final rankings.

for the Oilers hopefully it will be Joey Laleggia. small, but a great point producing d-man.

i thought that Whitney was more talented than someone who was chosen in the 7th. i felt he should have gone much higher...3rd or 4th perhaps.

Charles Hudon's been looking great all year for the Habs and he was a 5th rounder.

Lindholm has limited offensive game. Rock solid on the D. Ossi Väänänen is good comparison for him.

I would say that Niklas Tikkinen has pretty good run away potential but he could bust aswell and i wouldn't be suprised.

I think that caps pick #167 Riley Barber was really solid. I watched him at pre U18 in Finland and loved his game. This year his developement has boosted.

Connor Brown. 6th rounder, 55pts in 43 games so far playing on a very, very bad Erie team.

He was also very impressive in the WJC a few weeks ago.

Matt DeBlouw

Drafted 186th (7th round) by Calgary

Said to have little offensive talent but billed as a defense first guy who is good in the dot.

But he is tied for 2nd in scoring for Michigan State and is over 55% in the faceoff circle. All just months after suffering personal tragedy.
