Trades can start when?

As soon as CBA is officially passed by players and approved by owners?

Just curious when teams can begin dealing again as I imagine there are some deals ready to go once this lockout is over (Luongo mainly)

Yeah as soon as it's official I imagine. Most teams will probably at least sleep on the new CBA before doing any trades,

1. Finalize deal

2. Ratify deal

3. Unlock players

4. Business as usual (camps start, trades, re-/sign UFAs/RFAs, etc.)
