Alex Goligoski, who has a fractured bone in his foot, and Aaron Rome, who missed the last game with a hip injury, will both play tonight.
Why play Goligoski if he has a fractured foot? Doesn't make any sense.

Daley is out with a neck injury. They need a 6th D somewhere.

I can already see it, we'll win in either OT or a shootout. Thus picking 12th and not knocking Detroit out of the playoffs.

I'm trying to decide whether or not I wish the lockout was still going.

So I guess the game is at 6 CT, not 7. When did that change?

Wow ....
Smith is on the 4th line in a meaningless game.
Gully ... you can't get fired soon enough. I'm indifferent on GM Joe, but my disdain for you burns brightly. This type of move is one of the major reasons why.
I've gone from a loss would be nice purely for draft reasons since the season is over to passionate hope for an 8 goal blowout at the hands of the hated Wings.

About a week ago when this game looked like it was going to be an amazing winner take all/win and in game.
NBCN decided to pick it up. Then Dallas lost 4 in a row.

I honestly need a reality check from you guys ....
Am I crazy for being insanely pissed Reilly Smith is on the 4th line this game? I mean .. the one good thing about last seaon's totally useless last game was putting young players in a position to showcase their skill.
Look what it did for Dillon after that game. Smith hasn't done much scoring all year so it's not like I was expecting him to blow up or anything, but I was looking forward to more than 10 minutes of ice time and a health dose of PP time.
I'm so disappointed.

People who don't feel this way may in fact be dead. They should check their pulses and find the nearest defibrillator.
EDIT: They may be long term Stars fans who have lost the ability to feel happiness.

Smart move. The team has a decision to make in goal, so they might as well give him one last look.
