It was by far the lowest number of PP opportunities of any team since the late 1990s. I checked last week. It might be the lowest number in the last 30 years, but I stopped searching after getting to 1998.

I don't think we will be dead last, but we will have a streak of 2 games and just short of two periods with no penalties against us.

We will also have a streak of 22 minor penalties for the opposing teams in a 3 game stretch where we only have 8.

As long as one of our players doesn't get high-sticked in the face in the middle if the play right in front of the net drawing blood with no ensuing 4 minute power play ill be happy.
