Kucherov to Boston

What would it take?

This kid is tearing it up right now, Bruins need a top line RW with speed and skill, I would love for the Bruins to try and make a trade but it would take a bunch.

As ridiculous as it sounds it's Hamilton or bust.

As a neutral fan I ask why?

Tampa would want a stupid return for him.
Boston would not be willing to give up what Tampa would want.

We have one dominant line right now and it's keeping us in games. There's no way we trade a piece of it at the moment.

We've believed in Kucherov for a while now. This isn't a big surprise to many Lightning fans.

Besides he's a left shot rw. Bruins need righties.

Not to take anything away from Kucherov, he's the real deal.

Yeah I figured that, our D is depleted and Hamilton is playing great and holding the fort with Chara injured. Our right side of the D is horrible and probably worst in the league without him.

Russian bruin forwards.

A rarity indeed.

Khoklachev doesnt even get a sniff really, and that previous guy before that was like Andre Kovalenko? Chistov? I cannot even remember a russian forward who made an Impact other than Samsonov.

I think Khudobin may have been the last russian bruin to play a meaningful role with Boston, and he was a backup.

Boston wouldn't move Hamilton for anyone not named Keith, Doughty, or Weber.

Trading one of our most highly regarded skilled young forwards to a divisional rival?

Probably not without overpayment.

Hamilton I guess? We really are set, not looking to deal anybody or add anyone.

I'm jealous of your defensive, a few years ago it was your weakness but now with Hedman as the main piece add garrison, stralman, and carle, your team scared me.

If only we had a guy like garrison instead of gilbert it would change so many things for us.

I like our mix. We could use a guy like Weber on the top but who couldn't? Stralman has been just about as good as anybody this season.

Such a weird thing to say about a guy who was traded for next to nothing last offseason despite leading Canuck defenseman in points...

More teams should have tried to jump on him.

Yes, several teams were interested but Garrison decided that he wanted to be back in Florida if Vancouver were trading him. The Blues had a trade agreed, a better return for the Canucks, but Garrison refused to waive.

In no world would the Bruins trade Hamilton for this guy. ZERO chance.

And that's fine. I understand that - the thread is Kucherov to Boston - started by a Boston fan. You ask what it would take for us to move him, the price is Hamilton - if the price is too high, then that's fine.

Notice how it's never Tampa fans that start these threads? We're not looking to move these players - we're more than happy with our roster.

How about a trade for Chris Stewart

Boston trades
Matt Bartowski (Cap Issues)
Jordon Caron or Ryan Spooner
2015 second round draft pick
For
Buffalo trades
Chris Stewart
Luke Adam or Jerome Gauthier-Leduc

Reason: Boston gets a right winger to go on top line and a prospect while Buffalo Gets a 3rd pairing defenseman and a prospect who can be effective on the third line or fourth line and a 2015 second round draft pick.

Seth Griffith saved Boston from Stewart's presence; that ship has now sailed, that is, until it returns to port again at trade deadline 2015.

I wouldn't trade Kucherov to Boston for three Hamiltons.

Kid is special and I wouldn't want a ppg player going to a divisional rival let alone Boston.
