You trade one of the future best defenseman in the game for a lesser pick, a potential top 6 forward and a borderline starting goalie.
I knew you wouldn't And I see your point, tho i disagree
Truth be told, had i not been finalizing the deal with ANA, i probably would have gone with Drouin (who i think is the best player in the draft). Jones has 1D potential for sure, but so does Ryan Murray...and I have Erixon and Savard (and maybe Moore) as potential top-pairs.
Palmieri gives me scoring on the wing, Lindholm gives me a potential 1C (which as a leafs fan i know is hard to find) that in Sweden they are calling the next Forsberg, and Crawford/Bobrovsky won't light the world on fire, but is an upgrade on Bobrovsky/Mason (plus I have Dansk who i think is a future #1)
If Seth Jones becomes the american Bobby Orr, this bites me in the butt (and feel free to raze me about it in GM games of the distant future, like i still jab at IR4 occasionally for giving a Max contract to Marc Savard ), but if Jones becomes "just" a 1D, then I think both CBJ and ANA win

Not a fan of Palmieri and Crawford. It doesn't help!
We want to announce the signing of Seth Jones to a 3-year ELC worth $3,525,000 per season. He will slot in on our 2nd pairing alongside Niklas Hjalmarsson.
I'm going to auto rounds 2-4. I'll start at 1 am ET. If you haven't sent me a list for the late rounds you can send one now.
Too bad I sent my list to TP about 30min before you posted this and you guys didn't swap PMs... ah well, doesn't really matter I guess.
BTW, i present to you what should be the 2013-2014 Minnesota Wild edition. I don't expect to do much more moves/UFA signings, but if you're interested in Heatley, Gill, Setoguchi, Boychuk or stoner, feel free to get in touch with me.

Glad to have MacKinnon, did'nt expect that at all. Henrique, MacKinnon, Grigorenko and Josefson should be a good center line to build a team around!
New-Jersey waist no time to sign their n1 pick Nathan MacKinnon to a 3 year entry level contract worth a total of 11.325mil$ (3.775 per).
Also, for teams looking for good young cheap roster players with good potential, we are willing to listen to offer on Luke Adam and Phillip McRea. Just want to see if there is interest out there for them...

Eastern conference GMs (and western conference GM if you traded for a east RFA) who have yet to qualify their RFA, the deadline is coming soon, they will become UFA if you have failed to qualified them.
