this is great to I think we Improved are D not really because we have a guy named Bowen and a maybe a rookie splitting the 6 defense spot and can anyone tell me why we traded posa? I really still don't think this team will get past 8th place and maybe not even make the playoffs to weak of a defense, puck will be going in from everywhere especially if Pav plays like he did he past 3 weeks or so...
I assume a 3rd rounder this year (given the need to get a fourth, because otherwise we wouldn't have picked to the 5th) is part of the deal. And one of our seconds from 2014.

I guess so. Onus is on Boughner and the coaching staff now. Hopefully they rid themselves of a gold package. Of course Koekkoek is a 1st rounder by Peterborough and TB might sign him or at least I hope so.

How is it good for the D? Sure Koekkoek is good but trading Posa and Bateman and leaving Bowen as a 6th dman crosses it all out this Defence isn't really upgraded to much yes there's more offence but you got a shaky number 6 who is still out with a concussion...

Sorry but we just made are 3rd line a lot worse you got Clark on there now who is Pathetic offensively and should be on the fourth line, Verbeek and Studnicka aren't close to good enough to play on the third line and when did this coaching staff get all this confidence in Bowen after Not letting the kid play for 2 years your going to give him a chance now? And again Posa why trade him D would look a lot better with him on I and Bowen on the Fourth line as a tough guy fill in for Bilcke and a utility D...

Yup that's the exact trade I heard. So unless something changes that's the way its going to go down. Peterborough keeps giving their stars up for nothing. Every year its the same thing. If Koekkoek gets sent back which is expected and plays next year, this is a steal.

Just out of curiosity, I looked up Alonge on Twitter. He was skating a few days ago.
