I called about the division pack, but, 8 games in such a short time is going to be impossible coming from Jersey. Plus experience tells me tickets are always cheaper or the same price day of. I'm going to skip the plan this year and just buy individual game tickets. Just wish I knew when the home opener goes on sale so I can make sure to get tickets.

Still no word on when they're releasing them but somehow, the Rags have had this released.

And according to that schedule we don't go there at ALL this year while we go there twice.

The NHL really needs to just release it already.

I think Twine meant to type that they don't come to Nassau at all this season while we go there twice.

All these leaked schedules have inconsistencies in them. I wish the official announcement would come already...

I spoke to my rep on Wednesday and they said once the schedule is set, they will have tickets printed.

The first 5 games may be regular tickets with the rest of the nice tickets shortly after.

You received actually hard tickets already?

lol. Yep you're right. At least this speculation gives me something to think about though. I was thinking it would be cool to start the season off with a home and home against the Devils. Although that probably won't happen considering we are probably playing a home MLK Day game.

Also, looking at the Rags schedule, I'm sort of surprised they're going to be one of the divisional teams we only play 4 times instead of 5.

That, and the fact that both our trips to the Garden are within the span of one week in February.

Good. Maybe if we smack them around twice in one week we can convert some of those suits into Isles fans.

That doesnt make any sense. We play 18 games in the Division and then all 10 conference non-division teams 3 times, so they have to come to Nassau at least once.

I'd almost guarantee that's one of the games that's cutoff on the bottom of the 1st column between 4/1 and 4/9.

I'm sure you're right because what they have out now makes zero sense as you said.

Any idea who will be the starting goaltender on opening night?

Excited to finally get back to watching hockey so it should be a good one!

I guess no special game night at Barclays?

It wouldn't have surprised me if there was one game at the B.

Perhaps a pre-season game? Perhaps on the 17th?

My local Philly news is giving a bit of info on the flyers schedule.
http://www.philly.com/philly/blogs/f...e-tidbits.html

It says this is the Division breakdown:
"Pittsburgh - Rangers and Islanders, each 5x
Flyers - Rangers and Devils, each 5x
Rangers - Penguins and Flyers, each 5x
Devils - Flyers and Islanders, each 5x
Islanders - Devils and Penguins, each 5x"

We only play the rags 4 times? wtf?

Interesting. There's a couple of long homestands. Not digging the last 5 games on the road though. Also, no west coast trips.

Gonna try to snag some opening night tix. Don't think it'll be that hard.
