Can anyone here tell me if what I did was unfair? Here's the story:
A few months ago, my brother had an XBox that we both played. He played a lot more than me and finally realized he's addicted to video games, so he decided to not play anymore. He told me he wanted to sell it, but I couldn't let that happen, so I decided to buy it from him. But now, he's been playing pretty much just as much as he used to, so I told him that I want him to give me half of the money back and it will be both of ours.
Was that unfair of me? I don't see why it was fair for me to buy an XBox from him just so "I can play whenever I want."
The money definitely isn't the problem, BTW. It's just the principle.

Way past that stage. Some of my buddies are still heavily into it and some of the pieces they buy are outrageous and cool. Glass work is a really cool art form. I'm not a partaker anymore and can't spend money on that kind of stuff. My buddies come over to show me their new glass; I show them my new RS Stealth II stick. I think I appreciate their glass more than they appreciate my gear.

Need some help here. I just got emailed by 20 colleges in the past 2 days. About half of them are a nice layout, with pictures etc., but the other half are all of the same basic layout, with minor text differences. I went on the link in one of the nicer ones, and it had my 'preferred major' I put on the PSAT.
I'm thinking that some are legit (There's a lot from the colleges I have saved on collegeboard), and the copy/paste ones are well timed spam.

They're all real schools if that's what you're asking. You'll get flooded with emails if you put your email down on the PSAT (I did).
I really liked Grigorenko before the draft and was bummed to see his stock fall because I thought he had top 3 potential and could be a big star in this league. I like the Sabres though, so I ended up happy he went there. I'm surprised he's making the team, but pleasantly so. Getting Griggy with it is awesome.
What would you do if another NHL team hired you for a non player role (e.g., sales, medical, ice cleanup crew, coaching staff, etc.) ? Would it change affect your allegiance at all? What if the Devils or the Islanders offered you a job? Would you refuse it?

No way. I love to do things that can give me a funny story or anecdote to tell. Being a Rangers fan employed by the Islanders could be a solid ice breaker.

Depends what type of job. But I'd be tempted to take it in heartbeat.

I'd take the job but definitely still root for the Rangers. If I'm part of the coaching staff, then I'd have to root for whichever team I'm on, but root for the Rangers when they aren't playing each other and if it doesn't have to do with a playoff spot and whatnot.

Basically this. I'd still be a Rangers fan, but I'd probably also have to be a fan of the team and organization that I was around daily. Just develop a soft spot for them most liklely.
Where'd you see that? I go over there all the time and I've never heard that
