Of course not, and it's a fair counterargument.

Given the circumstances, it's hard to say whether the Giants would get more money in a local deal than they currently get from their share of the national deals with CBS, Fox and ESPN. It's possible those networks pay a premium for partial exclusivity to all 30 teams. Or it's possible they're getting a discount. It's an interesting thought exercise.

Well, at this point it's all about how you want to play the numbers depending on your agenda.

In reality the revenue sharing is pretty high in the NFL considering they split the TV revenue more or less equally and that accounts for a huge portion of NFL revenue.

Just curious, which teams are not at the floor? Bobby Mac on TSn expects alot of player movement in the next 4-5 days...what do you guys think?

I'd think that a number of teams have RFAs to sign. Not to mention the official recalls of players from the AHL.

That would account for the majority of player movement.

Every team is easily over the floor. The lowest salary is PHX at $50.1, $6 mil over the floor.
