Not even close.

Wouldn't even have won a super bowl if it wasn't for Terrell Davis.

If you honestly believe that people are at fault for accusing the man what makes you better for aggressively defending him? It's not like we have no basis.

You just said that Manning went out of his way to congratulate him after the game. He did the same on the field while Ray was talking to the media.
Yet you call Ray the guy with class? I'm thoroughly confused here.

It's part of the game to discuss this issue about Lewis. Plenty are applauding him although the issues remain.

I believe Ray and OJ both did it. Sue me.

Although that may have just been the awful Ravens play calling. 2 Ray Rice runs resulting in 3rd and 5 all day everyday

Fox did have many awful moments however, my favourite being when the guy who has returned 2 kicks for TD's WASN'T OUT TO RECEIVE THE FIRST PUNT IN OT! WAT
Also, in Fox/Del Rio's defense, they had bracket coverage on Jones on the Hail Mary -- Moore just horrifically misplayed the ball.

You guys are blaming the safety for the Broncos loss? Then you can blame the Ravens completely botched special teams on two return TDs for the game even being that close. Manning didn't deserve to win the game and was outplayed by Flacco all night. 3 turnovers is not elite QB play. I really doubt Manning is stewing in anger over the way his secondary played last night and not accepting any blame himself.

Manning had the game won and the safety blew it.

What hurt the Broncos more was that they couldn't cover Torrey Smith on the long bombs or the LAST play of the game for the Ravens. That is just awful.

Yes it didn't help with Manning's turnovers but if the defense actually played average the game wouldn't even be close. No excuse for allowing their wide recievers to be that open.

Manning needs to get blamed for the loss too.

Special teams gave the Broncos 2 TD's. Manning gave up a pick 6, so net offense that he generated for the Broncos was 2 TD's. Have to expect more from Manning than that.

Unfortunately for the Broncos, the D played bad and the offense was average. Speical teams was amazing.

You can look at it both ways. If the D played average, they win. If the offense was better, they win as well.

Manning is a great QB. Especially in the regular season.

But you can't deny that he has folded numerous times in the playoffs. While he wasn't THE reason yesterday, he didn't help his stigma either.

He is pure class but the facts are undeniable.

I've been watching football since Super Bowl V, totally agree with you. Elway is one of the top 2-3 I've ever seen at QB. Can't help but think people feeling otherwise didn't see him lead teams to Super Bowls that had no business being there.

I was thinking about this this morning.

As a Vikings fan, watching the Broncos' choke was like every Vikings playoff choke in one. All that was missing was a missed chip shot that woulda iced the game.

Jones TD = Pearson in '75 (Wasn't alive for this but point still stands)
Kneel down = Green in '98
Manning INT = Favre in '09
