as for the change, i'm not quite sure why i changed it. perhaps i was looking for something more streamlined.
I see. Funny story Thank you for sharing, it's been gnawing at my soul.

WBS are pretty much set to play either Binghamton or Springfield I think in the play-offs. Does anyone know if there'd be a stream for the WBS game tonight anywhere?

Hopefully WBS ends up against Binghamton. Syracuse will be getting a ton of good AHL players once Tampa's season ends. Would be a very tough series for WBS series to win.

Binghamton on the other hand has lost a ton of guys to the NHL and won't get them back until after the Senators' playoff run ends. Things have been pretty crazy for them, as their leading scorer on the year only has 35 points since they've lost a lot of firepower to the parent club.

The biggest loss for them is Robin Lehner, he was just ridiculous down there this season.

They did not but AHL deadline acquisition Derek Nesbitt made his debut for the Baby Pens after missing some time on IR. WBS lost 2-4 to Worcester after allowing two shorthanders on the same PP, in the final two minutes of play. Looking at the boxscore there was also a little brawl started by a Farnham boarding major. Him and Grant were ejected for boarding and/or fighting.

Zatkoff and Thiessen win Hap Holmes Award for allowing the fewest goals as in the AHL as a team.

Well, it's offficial, WBS to play Binghamton in their 1st-round series. Binghamton may be down to the guy who was 4th on the depth chart pre-lockout, as they had Lehner and Bishop to start the year, then Nate Lawson was their primary starter until getting hurt last week and hasn't played since. The 4th goalie is none other than Marc Cheverie, part of the Michalek trade from this summer and a member of the Pens organization for a couple of days. Don't know how long Lawson is supposed to be out, but Cheverie has started the last few games for the B-Sens and has only played in 13 AHL games this year with most of his season spent in the ECHL.

It is all a part of the grand scheme of the most evil Matt Cooke. Not only does he take out Karlsson so the Penguins will have no chance of playing the Senators in the first round, but he singlehandedly convinced Shero to acquire Cheverie, only to release him to end up with Binghamton. Not to mention he forced the lockout to go on as long as it did so that Binghamton and WBS would have to play each other with Binghamton down to its fourth string goalie. Sherlock Melnyk ison the case however.

Haha. Playing the Calder Cup series on NHL13 play-off mode.

Won the series against Binghamton in 3 games. 1-0, 4-0 and 2-0.

Zatkoff with 2 SO's and 0 GAA - Thiessen with 1 SO and 0 GAA

I got my playoff ticket ordering forms in the mail a few days ago. Broke my heart a little.

Fortunately the hockey games are my only real positive memories of Scranton.

Just so you guys know there's a thread in the AHL play-offs for the match-up. Feel free to discuss it there as well!

I am actually hoping that Ottawa makes the playoffs this year. If they are there, a lot of their younger talent will not be in Binghamton which only benefits the Baby Pens. I am most concerned with Lehner, the goalie, returning. WBS has trouble scoring as it is.

http://blogs.citizensvoice.com/pengu...view-week-423/

Bombulie says that some of Ottawa's more dangerous young players, Lehner included, might not be eligible to be sent down of they get eliminated.
