I didn't feel the need to start a new thread for this semi-OT question, as it really doesn't need to be that dramatic. This seemed the most relevant thread to ask this question in.
Where is everybody? Minnesota is overflowing with hockey fans, so why does this particular HF team board have such little activity compared to some of the others?

I tried to register there but the confirmation email never sent. When I tried the re-send confirmation email button the site malfunctioned every time. When I sent an email to the administrator I never got a reply. :-/ Never did get that account. Never got a single reply. Perhaps I'll try again now that the season has started, but that wasn't a good first impression. I'd ask if there was a board run by fans instead of a corporation but any replies would probably get deleted as spam. Googling has been a fruitless effort.

Well, I guess I love rejection. I tried again, same ol story. Nothing has changed. I'm never trying that again. What's with the NHL and having the worst run websites in all of pro sports? Jeez!

Fav Wild moment/how I became a fan: In 1993 Norm Green moved the North Stars to Dallas and because of that I started to follow the Gophers with a passion and just casually watch the NHL. I'm pretty sure I ended up being a fan of almost every team at one point or another. However, when the Twin Cities received another franchise I took them on as well and the 2003 playoff run cemented them in my mind as my #1 NHL club.

Origin of screen name: Thought it was a good way to combine HS, College and pro hockey into one screen name. The Gopher State is a nickname for Minnesota.
