Loving the pp set up they're doing right now, that Neal takes the one timer from the top of the faceoff circle. Deadly!!!

Is Vokoun's new mask the Vokun mask from Skyrim?

If not, a bit disappointed.

Movement creates breakdowns. So I just want to see movement. If there isn't movement, teams will adjust and play the triangle +1 to take away one-timers.

How's the movement look?

Stupid work. I missed the streaming of practice. I wish they would keep this on their site so you can watch it non-live.

How'd bennett look on a line with malkin/neal ?

Rossi and Dejan are a joke at this point. They should have their journalism degrees revoked (if they even have said degree to their name -- you have to wonder). Maybe they got their degree at SE Florida Central Communications College where the main skills taught are ****-stirring, not researching anything carefully, and social media.

Movement looked great, they wanted to set up the one timer from the high circle. That's what they practiced guess well see more on the weekend. With the 2 best players in the world things will happen in the O zone no matter what

If the pass is coming from the lower part of the ice, it can be dangerous. It will act as an outlet pass or spring a shorty here and there. Also if it's close to 2-3 seconds left, the puck can go straight out to the guy in the box.

I have to see the set up, but I'm just trying to imagine it. Thanks for the report! I can't wait to see it.

I'll do my best and use these players as example. Face off in the O zone, Malkin wins it back to Letang, Bennett skates to Neal's spot and Neal's skates to the high circle, Letang passes down to Bennett who receives and dishes off to Neal for a one timer. Looked better then my explanation

Did they take down the stream for the second half of practice? I don't see it anymore.

You are talking 5 on 5 in this example right?

Looked like 5 on 4 off the circle and both top lines were doing it so not sure if they use it 5 on 5 or it's a pp strategy

Neal's gonna have to be damn good. If Letang was a legit PP QB I'd feel a little better about the set up.

At least we'll have a shot threat on the left side. Even though it isn't a one timer.

So Neal is basically playing the spot Ryan Whitney used to? Left handed shot on left sid swooping down toward the net. That's the image I'm getting but haven't seen it explained.

I heard yohe say on the radio the pp was awful today. He said they couldnt even keep the puck in the offensive zone. Its amazing pens have the two best players in the world a sniper who let the league in pp goals last year and of the best point men in the league and DB cant figure out what to do on the pp.
