Thanks for the info guys. I'm probably gonna snag a pair off stubhub. What are SRO tickets like? Do you literally have to stand the whole time or are there bar stools or something? And are you guaranteed a spot in front of a ledge or table?
Would obviously want to sit for the game. I'm just curious as I see even those going for $100 each minimum.
Driving from Canada to Pittsburgh for the March 30th game vs the Islanders. Looking for 3 Tickets close to the ice, does any one have tickets they want to sell? Is it a bad idea to drive down and purchase from a scalper?
Any advise would be appreciated, never been to Pittsburgh but looking forward to a road trip and catching the game.

No seats, there is a kind of a bar like ledge that is about 4 inches to put food and drink on however. The SRO space is right behind the last row of the upper bowl.
I'm looking for either 2 or 3 seats for the 3/16 game vs. the Rangers as I'll be in town and have yet to see CEC. The ticket exchange prices I'm seeing are a bit on the high side and I was hoping someone here has something they could offer me. Please PM me if you have something. Thanks.
Just bumping this in case anyone has tickets. Thanks guys.
Selling 2 tickets to the Pens/Bruins game on Tuesday. Sect 201 Row D. Great seats, 4th row on Balcony. $160 for the pair (face value).
UPDATE: Tickets sold!

Anyone have recomendation for buying Wilkes Barre Scranton Penguings tickets? Looking for april 19th game.
Thanks
I'm an STH there. The tickets are almost always pretty easy to get, and there's no bad seat in the house (unless you get stuck way up in the 300 level seats, but that's not likely). April 19, though, is fan appreciation night and we have a deal with a local TV station for $14 tickets anywhere in the building for Friday night games. That only started for March, so I'm not sure if it will end up being a year-long thing. So, with that said, I would get the tickets early, but if you wait even until the first week or so in April, you should be able to get decent seats.
Coming in to pit for the first time from Canada and looking for tix to the Bruins on the 17th.
Looking at ticketsnow.com and it seems like prices come down closer to the day of the game. Is it risky for me to wait? Looking for lower bowl < $150. Is there a huge difference between weekday and weekend prices? I see Bruins on tuesday has pretty good prices since its tomorrow. Can I expect the same for Sunday's game?

I would say, yeah, big difference between a weekday game price and weekend. I don't think less than $150 lower bowl is within the realm of possibility. As that is below STH price.
My guess is that you are looking at min. $200 for upper bowl pair, and $350 for lower bowl pair.
If you could make a weekday game, the prices would be significantly lower.

Thanks for the help. I'll be keeping an eye out to snag a pair for around 350
Hey guys. So I'm from Boston and will be visiting my buddy who lives in Pittsburgh and we're going to the game on Sunday. Looking at this thread I see that it could be a pain getting to the game because of the parade?
I know my friend lives probably only a 15minute drive to the arena so should I still plan ahead to give ourselves extra time? Also would you recommend driving, bus, cab?
Thanks!
I've got 2 tickets that I can't use for the Tuesday game against Washington. Section 209 Row Q. Looking to get what I paid (68 per-so 136 for the pair) or best offer.
I've also got 1 seat to this Sunday's game against Boston. Section 227 Row K. Looking to get what I paid (66) or best offer.

I have two tickets to Tuesday 3/26 vs Montreal for sale....$150 for the pair of 2 seats in 223, Row M. Email me if interested manicmonday18@hotmail.com
Anyone else get the email letting us know our deposits for next season are due. From what I can tell my tix went up just under 5%. Definitely less of an increase than what I've seen the previous two seasons (10% twice...ouch) but honestly...they couldn't have held off on increases the year after a lockout?
