You know what - any game that isn't on a Mon-Tue-Thu is now a "premium game". That means it'll cost me $150 to take the wife and sit in the nosebleeds. This is ridiculous. $55 was reasonable, but now they're just getting cocky.

It was the same last year.
They aren't going to set the prices year to year based on how "crappy" or not the Team is.
You have to realize that they would only release a limited number for pre-sale not all the available tickets for the year. All pre-sales work like this.
The Leafs' ticket system is soooooooooo ******. Montreals is way better. A line for ALL tickets. You get your turn in line and you can pick ANY game. Not this choose one game and hope.
I bought tickets off stub hub, but the guy hasn't shipped. I am hoping they just send me new tickets, as per the FanProtection. Was hoping to get some at facevalue.
thanks ticketmaster for ****ing up..... telling my my credit card was not valid, so i put in my card info again, and then it told me that card was already in my file, and then wouldnt let me go back to chose that card. **** sakes. i wish i lived in florida where they pay you to take hockey tickets.....
I would have gone to a few games at face value, even for $80, but now that they're all gone there's no way I go. People are selling tickets worth $80 for $180 on kijiji. Looks like I'm out of luck, can't take my GF or little brother out to a Leafs game
Had 4 tickets to the first Canes game, but of course when I checkout it crashes on me, then tells me they are taken by another customer once I go back. Standing room anyway, so **** it.

If they start out slow out of the gate you'll be able to find cheaper tickets down the road.
Best bet would be to buy them out front from scalpers close to puck drop.
Over about 35minutes of searching for 2x tickets at a time over about 10-15 games, I was offered obstructed and/or standing room tickets numerous times.
I got lucky though and got 2 purple's non-obstructed for the Carolina game in March.

Like all of you I hate ticketmaster with a passion, and find them to be quite shady.
I had to get a couple bruins tickets for my cousin.... Money wasn't and issue, but neither were seats as long as they werent standing or obstructed. I know 317 has all the obstructed but only seats I could get were row 17, seats 21-22... The tickets didnt have an x or say obstructed, so should I be good? I assume these seats are closest to the aisle?
