I've been impressed with the edge he's displayed. He definitely has character - 20-20 guy who is chippy at minimum?

Driedger had 42 saves on 44 shots in a 2-1 loss. Seems like he's having a great playoffs.

GAA 1.80, SV% 0.946, 6-0-2 record.

I might be biased, but he's probably been the best player on the Hitmen these playoffs, and that's on a team that has a few well regarded prospects.

Noesen had a big game tonight. Down 0-2, he scores adds 2 assists to bring his team to a 6-3 win.

Ceci also scores.

Noesen went BEAST mode. My boy been telling me he's playing better than last year. A force both ends of the ice and he should have at least 3 more points so far. Wow. I'll be lying if I said I didn't expect anything any different but that was some feat he accomplished last year. To be adding more elements to your game and almost matching it, is something special.

Noesen is going to be love around here. A potential top 6er with great work ethic and plays physical.

What's not to like?

I love how he steps his game up in the playoffs.

Can't wait to see him in a Sens jersey.

His game has adapted for the better now that he's not the go to guy offensively.

Could he be a Dustin Brown type? Who will be the best comparable? Strangely, Noesen is not one of our prospects I know the most about...

#Swedish bias

Dustin Brown, Ryan Callahan. A guy who can lay the hits, play solid 2 way game and chip in with clutch performances.

I honestly think he has better vision and softer hands but hey if he can be a Dustin Brown that will be HUGE!

Would not be surprised to see Noesen contributing on the sens next year. He has the potential and skillset to be an impact player.

Callahan is my ideal comparison for Noesen. Great, hands, motor and physical. Most definitely will have a NHL career.

The comparison has already been made in the past but Noesen is a poor man's Corey Perry in my opinion.

Ryan Hartman (Noesen's teammate in Plymouth) is more like Ryan Callahan I think. Would be cool to pick him up with our first this year.

How many guys will have played in all three of the ECHL, AHL and NHL in the same season?

He has a beauty of a shot. Very accurate too. Also has a deadly one-timer, Stamkos-esque.

Defenders sometimes back-off to respect his shot and he finesse around them sometimes going to the back-hand or inclose attempt.
