Yeah...when he was injured, it was supposedly an upper body injury. I was thinking concussion. A lower body injury on top of that would just suck. We NEED both of these goaltenders healthy. An Emery/Karlsson combo would undo this entire season as it's played out to this point.

That would be horrible if he had concussion symptoms so bad, he couldn't even skate. Especially after pitching a goose egg on his return.

He was staggering around so its either the concussion or a flu

on the st. louis broadcast, they're speculating that when oshie drove to the net he may have accidentally clipped crawford in the mask...not necessarily a really hard hit, but something that happened at high speed.

Q said he has an UBI but it's not the same injury as the UBI he suffered recently (concussion).

I didn't even see anything but Emery came out from the beginning of the second. Wonder what the chances are we'll see Karlsson.

maybe it's a new concussion?

i don't know a lot about concussions...if you have one does it "fade" and can you re-aggravate it...or is it more that when it's gone it's gone and if you have another head injury you get a new (and different) concussion?

If the streak ends tomorrow against Columbus I could see Karlsson getting the start on Sunday, assuming Crawford misses more time.

A concussion is a concussion, at least a diagnosis from the locker room. Either Q is choosing not to reveal that or it's something else.

By the way, Crawford leads the league now in GAA with a 1.46. Seriously, somebody slap the **** out of me and wake me up. This is bizarre!!!

Hope he gets well soon. They can win with any of these guys in there though. Obviously Crow is the best and we need him ready for the playoffs.

Day to Day, UBI... great.

I know what Q said but could be post concussion symptoms. This sucks now that Craw is doing fine. Glad that Emery seems to be playing like he did in the past with the Sens.

My hopes to finally see a Swede in net for the Hawks now get a new chance.

Wow..that looks like a concussed player to me. And I remember thinking to myself as the 1st period ended and he was skating away from his crease along side that Blues player; "that looks odd, is the Blue player giving him the business? Then you could tell nothing was going on between the two, it was like CC didn't know where he was at.

I'll be pleasantly surprised if he's not concussed. This isn't good folks.
