Mueller and Huberdeau look awesome. I hope they put someone else on that line not named Kovalev to see their real potential.
I can't decide if Kovalev is slowing the game down or if he's just so slow. He's playing well though. I can see having someone with some speed making that line really dangerous. Perhaps Upshall earns some time on that line.
Eh, who needs Versteeg, Goc, and Bergenheim I said the other day that this team will be fine offensively once we get Goc and Bergenheim get back, and the proof is on the ice so far. Tonight probably wont be the norm, but once healthy, we should have a better offense than last season.

I know he has two assists but he just looks slow to me.
The first assist he fell on his ass and got a secondary assist because the puck ended up on Mueller's stick/Mueller made a perfect pass to Huberdeau.
The second assist was on a 5-on-3 and it was simply a rifle of a shot from Campbell. Campbell's getting it by Ward like he's Garrison, lol.
I would love to see a better skater with Mueller/Hubs to see what happens.
But can't complain.
The Weiss line didn't even do anything in the period and we still scored 4 goals, which is nice.
I'm at the game right now and I'm just in love at how our team is playing. I would do the Campbell deal 1 million times over and pay him even more of we had to he's an elite player. Also, Jonathan Huberdeau oozes confidence, just exciting to see him play can't wait to see more of what he brings to the table, I think he's gotta be a lock in our PP. like what I've seen from Mueller and Kovalev just an awesome start!!!! If this continues, it's going to be great because we already know that Goc and Bergenheim are perfect 3rd line players. We made the playoffs last year with those guys on the 2nd line so it seems like this team certainly has the upside for more.
