So exRangers Jeff Woywitka & Tim Kennedy get put on waivers to make place for Sathers greatest signing sins in Redden & Gomez? The tragic irony of the drama is killing me

I don't understand. Was Pietrangelo demoted to Peoria?

It was talked about on NBCSN last night. Hitch is giving Redden a chance to show he is still a first pairing D without the pressure of a huge contract to live up to. He thinks his issues here in NY were $ related.

That's great and all, but they guy hasn't played in the NHL in 2 years. Pietrangelo's got a lot of work to do.

Was looking at the photo gallery from the game last night on the Rangers' site, and the last 20 pictures (literally) were ALL of Dougie Hamilton.

Wow, imagine if Redden sticks there all year and gets his career back on track for a few years before retiring? We'll never hear the end of it on the main boards.

They might make fun of us, but only because most of them are stupid. The reality is we don't have room for his bloated salary...and the odds of him improving his play to anything close to his contract are slim at this point.

Was watching NHLN. Johansson is playing on the Caps' 4th line tonight. Anyone know why, was he demoted for poor play or something?

Hartnell out 4-8 weeks with a broken foot. Thats a huge detriment to the Flyers, as their offense is already kinda small

Redden just took a bad penalty. But he was physical at least.

And Tarasenko is a monster. I like the Blues.

Just saw that. Didn't think it was that bad a penalty though. He was clearing the crease.
Saw the Terasenko goal. Guy kept his head up the whole time. Nice play.

Prust smoked Hendricks tonight. Lopsided win for Brando.
