See the point but disagree. These guys mostly know each other well. The core's played everything from Boudreau's near-shinny to HunterHockey together. I think they'll figure it out fine.
They started playing that stupid style in the playoffs.
They never really had an system before... They had good flow during Ovechkins streak, Ovechkin scoring invigorated them, played some good offensive hockey. Then playoffs came and they started playing that collapse to the net hockey.

Don't know if this is being discussed elsewhere, but did anyone catch the Post story on the PP under Oates? He says MaJo is going to be the guy in front of the net on PP1. That seems... odd to me. I'm far from a MaJo hater, but that doesn't seem like the best use of personnel to me.
Maybe that will be Laich's job when he gets back.
Apparently for the 1-3-1 they want a left handed shot down there. Laich will almost certainly take over that spot when he's healthy, and Mojo will take Wolski's spot on the 2nd unit.
I am having the same problem, worked for me yesterday as well.
Luckily i live in the area so this won't effect me watching the Caps, but was hoping to watch a few other games as well.
Apps aren't working for me (or are taking too long for me to wait for games to load), but the browser version works fine for me right now.
WPG-OTT game earlier worked like a charm via browser. I know NHL.com was being wonky earlier though so no idea what that means in the end. At least the CI trial is going on right now.
