I can't believe how much better this team would look with Bogosian in the line-up. With him, Hainsey doesn't have to lead the 2nd pairing, Stuart is down at the third, and Clitsome or Postma is out.

Wherefore art thou, Bogosian?

The forward lines are looking good but our defense is just hopeless

Scheifele is completely wasted on the fourth line. He still looks far too easy to knock around, send him back to Barrie asap

So frustrating. Scheifele clearly has potential, but he also seems to have a few red flags. The team also seems a bit exhausted out there.

belated question- first period, Olli breaking in right on goal, Spezza reaches out and just grabs his shoulders, and no call. did i miss something? in the CHI-LA game they are calling interference tight.

Postma has shown a bit offensively, Clitsome really is 7th D man the spot he lost on the worst team in the league last year

Has the Poni-Antro-Burmi line ever been in our end? And I mean that in the best way possible, it just seems like every shift they are in the Sens zone.

Our other forwards have been hot and cold, passing is definitely off.

Our 2nd and 3rd pairing D are looking shaky though. It's obviously only two periods into the season, but that could be our Achilles heel this season.

Yeah. I want to see Redmond (which we probably will soon, cause the 3rd pairing looks bad right now) before saying who should be the 6th D-man. Postma is good offensively, but the question is how much we'll need it when Zach returns.

A couple of times, and I noticed that they (surprise!) looked good in our zone!

That's what I'm thinking, he needs some upper body strength or something.

Is Wheeler okay after bumping with Methot at the end of the the 2nd? Looked to be in a little discomfort on the bench.

Buff is looking great out there. Enstrom needs to shoot the puck a little more. Top line did not look great this period.

However much I like that our 3rd line is looking good, it's a bad sign that they're our best line so far.

Thought Wheeler would be more on his game after tearing it up in the Luxembourg league

ugly, sloppy and slow, I tuned into CHI -LA for a bit, Chi looks miles ahead of WPG or OTT, as do PHI and PIT, this is gonna be one hell of a road trip for the Jets

You have to remember all three of those guys played during the lockout. That could be the reason why.

You can see it in the highlights, everyone's timing is off. Passing has been brutal all over the ice on both sides.
