Everyone was at one point.

I probably should work out more. I don't do it much at all.

Guess who got a promotion* today? This guy.

*By promotion, I mean a job with way, way more responsibility, more to manage and am responsible for the safety - and by safety I mean making sure ten million pound trains don't run into/kill them - all for a cool 85 cent raise.

No 5'9

I'm still really skinny but my doctor considers it healthy but would like it if I was 10 lbs heavier. :S

Time and a half on OT? If so that's a solid gig.

The worst was my first year, 2011. During peak season (August through November) I was working at least 60 a week, and set my personnel best at 90 hours. I did 74 in my 5 day work week, and then came in and did two extra days to help train my brother during his first two days on the ramp.

Never again. I literally worked 12 days in a row and put up 155 hours in that time frame. We were horribly shorthanded and I was at the very bottom of the seniority list.

It's the only reason I do what I do.

Edit: OT after 40. Which is usually hit on my fourth day at the latest.

Just watched The Walking Dead for the first time and it wasn't bad or anything, but I don't see what the big deal is. There's so much frickin drama

It's an awesome show. Like all shows these days, you have to start from the beginning and then the drama won't seem as severe.

Pretty good. I once did two weeks of 92 hours each in a row. (M: 16, T:16, W:16, TH:16, F:16, S:12) That was during a 7-8 month period where worked I 80+ every week. That period in my life is completely limited to memories of working. Unfortunately I drifted apart from people in the process, but it's what I wanted to do.

MONTEVIDEO, Minn. (WCCO) – A 61-year-old motorist was killed after the vehicle he was driving was struck by a semi truck’s oversized load in Chippewa County.

Another day, another murder by a lazy semi-truck driver. The police need to get on these guys, I've seen so many trucks driving around with **** falling out of the back of them.

Damn dude, that's a lot of work. I'm too lazy to do that.

I watched S1E1 and don't think I even finished it, and obviously haven't watched it since. The whole zombie thing does nothing for me.

This surprises me. We usually have the same taste in shows. I think if you gave it more of a chance you'd like it. I've never been a huge zombie fan either but really love this show.

I just picked up Justified season 1 on the recommendation of you guys here. I've never seen an episode but will watch it sometime this week for sure.

1st season is very good. 2nd and 3rd seasons are probably my favorite 2 seasons of any show, ever. This season has been closer to season 1.

Maybe I'll give it another go... my other buddy who also has the same exact tastes in shows as us never shuts up about how great it is.

I was standing at the corner of an intersection with my girlfriend and waiting for a walk signal a few days ago. A semi comes along going a bit faster than he should towing an empty flatbed trailer, makes a wide right and the back of the trailer came up over the curb onto the sidewalk. I pulled my girlfriend back about a second before she would have been hit, it was crazy. Fella just kept on tuckin.
